A short E-mail for confirm or question about the artwork will be sent back to you within several minutes.

We will arrange digitizer to give an estimate. The quote information with the quote #, stitches and price will be send back to you within half hour.

Finish payment. You can link our payment page to choose the best way you prefer. Make sure the quote# is attached together.

Our accounting department will send you an E-mail to confirm, and we will arrange the senior digitizer to handle you order at same time.

After the digitizer finish the logo, it will be sent to our Embroider department to test.

After the sew-out sample finished, it will be checked or edited by our digitizer and digitizer supervisor.Return to embroider department for test again if needed.

Quality Control Department recheck the design, return to digitizer department for edit if needed.

Quality Control Department scan the sew-out sample and send back to you with the completed design.
